Directions -
- Crumple tissue paper and glue to white cardstock panel.
- Add strips of washi tape to the center area.
- Seal with a light coat of Collage Medium.
- Paint with a thin coat of white paint.
- Stamp quote onto Tissue Wrap and emboss with white, tear out, glue on with Collage Medium.
- Paint panel with Candied Apple wiping back color as needed using a baby wipe.
- Lightly brush Nuvo over panel avoiding center area.
- Cover center area with crumpled baby wipe and splatter thinned white paint over panel. Remove baby wipe.
- Cut frame from Soft Finish Cardstock and adhere to panel.
- Paint edges of panel with Gold Smooch.
- Wrap with twine, add heart charms and glue down.
- Attach to folded white card.
- Finished size, 6 1/4" x 5".

- Embossing Ink
