Directions -

• Crumple tissue paper and glue to white cardstock panel.
• Add strips of washi tape to the center area.
• Seal with a light coat of Collage Medium.
• Paint with a thin coat of white paint.
• Stamp quote onto Tissue Wrap and emboss with white, tear out, glue on with Collage Medium.
• Paint panel with Candied Apple wiping back color as needed using a baby wipe.
• Lightly brush Nuvo over panel avoiding center area.
• Cover center area with crumpled baby wipe and splatter thinned white paint over panel.  Remove baby wipe.  
• Cut frame from Soft Finish Cardstock and adhere to panel.
• Paint edges of panel with Gold Smooch.
• Wrap with twine, add heart charms and glue down.
• Attach to folded white card.
• Finished size, 6 1/4" x 5".
