The background is Distress Ink - tear a scrap of paper, lay it on white cardstock, add ink with a blending tool, move scrap and ink again and continue up the whole panel. Flick with water, blot and dry. Stamp flourish with Archival Ink. The fish is a Dylusions stamp - stamp with Archival Ink jet black, add color with Dylusions and a water brush, punch circle, sponge ink around the fish and add silver to the edges. Happy Birthday is a Quietfire Design stamp.
