Birthday Card
Background is paper from Core'dinations Tim Holtz & Ranger Distress Collection... it was embossed using Tim's regal flourishes texture fade, sanded, sprayed with Perfect Pearls Mist forever green and edged with gold Krylon. Happy Birthday (Quietfire Design) was stamped on pale green cardstock with Archival Ink jet black, cut out with a Spellbinders Labels Seventeen, edges inked with Distress Ink and then went around the edge with gold Krylon. The vine is grungepaper cut with a Sizzix die, inked with Distress Ink, stamped with a Studio 490 background and sprayed with Perfect Pearls Mist heirloom gold. The larger part of the flower is Tim's new Kraft Glassine paper cut with the tattered florals die (3 flowers all the same size)... the paper was crumpled very well and then inked with Distress Ink wild honey and sprayed with Perfect Pearls Mist sunflower gold. The center of the flower is made with cardstock (I watched a video the other day that showed how to make these and I cannot find it now although I've seen the same technique shared lots of places), inked with wild honey, and a pearl put in the center. A strip of Tim's film strip ribbon and more pearls added to the happy birthday panel finish things off.
******** I finally found the link (not a video as I thought, but great step-by-steps) to where I saw the flowers, it is here.

Great card, Wanda! I like the way you layered the flimstrip in there and text-stampted the vines!
