I hadn't used any of my brayers in a long time. While we were in Minnesota the beginning of June we stopped at a stamp store not far from my mom's and my hubby some some cards using Stampscapes and thought they were really nice. I've had a few stampscape stamps for many years but not really used them.
Along comes Father's Day and I wanted to make a card for my wonderful husband so I pulled out my brayer, some white glossy paper, a Kaleidacolor pad (blue breeze) and one of my Stampscapes and proceeded to make this first card. I also stamped the Hero Arts Love stamp along the bottom coloring in the hearts between the words. A simple card but he likes it.
Well I just couldn't stop with one :-)) Our daughter's birthday is also in June and I made this card for her. After brayering on the color I flicked it with water, blotted and dried. The weed-like image is a Hero Arts Stamp. The bird and saying are Tim Holtz. And Ideology token to finish it off.
I also made her an atc. Glaze pen added to the dots of the weed and also some glitter gems.
Our boys go to camp for a week in June and I always mail them a card. This next card was for Nick, our 17 year old that loves music. Again I brayered on the color, stamped over it with a music image, flicked it with water, blotted and dried. The scripture is an Our Daily Bread Design stamp. The butterfly is cut from Studio 490 Clearly For Art using Tim's small butterfly die and inked with alcohol inks.
And this next card was for Tim, our 14 year old that also likes music but is also into vehicles and 4-wheelers etc. He is always saying we should paint our house bright orange - ha!!! So I used a Studio 490 Art Part old car that has a matching stamp and embossed the image on the art part with a bright orange embossing powder. The "belt" image is also Studio 490. The scripture stamp is Our Daily Bread Designs. Ranger's white Accents to make the dots around the background. A fine tip black pen to make the squiggles below the belt.

So many beautiful cards, Wanda. You've done a wonderful job on each. And I see I need to let my brayers come out and play.
This is a magnificent card, Wanda.
