Created Byhand Challenge
This weeks challenge (details here or here) is to use 2 colors.. I chose Distress Inks wild honey and worn lipstick... and, ya, I used gold Krylon on edges.
Using and ink blending tool, I inked the #8 manila tag with both colors, spritzed on some water from a distance and dried it giving it a mottled look. Stamped the butterflies with worn lipstick and the quote with Archival Ink jet black.
The hearts were stamped with worn lipstick and embossed with clear embossing powder, cut out, inked over with wild honey and edged with the gold Krylon pen.
The silk ribbon was colored with worn lipstick. The adornment heart was colored with salmon alcohol ink as were the white sticky back pearls. I also went around the edges of the adornment heart with gold Krylon.

Very pretty tag Wanda!
Love the color combination. I just knit a baby afghan for our newest grandaughter and it was done in pinks and yellows. This would have been a great tag to go with it.
This is gorgeous Wanda...love the color combination and how the three hearts art aligned....

LOVE this design. In fact, I'm getting ready to make a card for someone and just might have to mimic the look. :) Just a little.

Love this tag! Never would have thought to use these 2 colors, but they are so pretty together. Your coloring of the heart, pearls & ribbon bow are great. Thanks for sharing! Nelda in TN
