Hello and Happy Saturday to you!!!!!!!! I'm thrilled to back on the PaperArtsy Blog today!! The picture above is a just a snippet of the project I'm sharing over there. In that post, at one point, I talk about Pearl Glaze and mention using up the excess to stamp onto an ATC - I did finish the atc and am sharing it below.
I stamped the word "Explore" several times on the atc blank, let it dry and then added Infusions and lots of water, let it sit a bit and then blotted it back and the words popped from the color. Next I've added stamping with Distress Inks and wiped the color from the top of any word I stamped over effectively bringing them back to the front. The leaf (Lin Brown image) is stamped with embossing ink, embossed with sticky powder and gold foil added to the leaf. I then used a little foam finger dabber to ink over the leaf with Distress Ink Vintage Photo and wiped any excess from the top of the foil. This shadowed the leaf really well. Some doodling and I'm done.
