Leave a Little Sparkle

I'm sharing another ATC today.  As I mentioned with these atcs, I was mostly using up bit and pieces, scraps of things left from who-knows-what.  I cut this atc from a piece left over from THIS project on the PaperArtsy Blog.  I added paint around the edges, some small talk stickers, and Perfect Pearls mist.
