Happy Thursday!!!  The months fly by so quickly!!  Today is the last day to get an entry into this months Make ART Challenge Blog (hearts this month)  and I even got new Wendy stuff this week to play with.... woohoo!!!!  This is a #8 tag.  I began with Wendy's splattered plaster technique using orange blossom, tea rose, and buttercup Archival's.  I need to practice this technique more as I didn't get much for white, plastery splotches.  Next I used the Vintage Quilt stencil and orange blossom ink and then decided to also add some gold embossing paste through the same stencil in some areas.  Once that was dry I added more stenciling with the Alphabets stencil.  I used the coneflower SISI on a scrap of white cardstock, inked it with Archival's and cut it out.  Determined where I wanted the words "We Love You!" and stenciled them with jet black.  I stamped onto the coneflower using Wendy's new smaller tree image (Trademark Art set SCS132) and monarch orange Archival.  I edged the tag with the same ink and at the end also stamped more of the tree image along the bottom.  I drew boxes around the words with a Pitt pen, attached the flower with foam mounting tape, added white twine and a heart charm from my stash.  The heart was silver but on pounce of a blending tool with orange blossom on it gave it a gold tone.
