The lady is stamped on a laminate chip. We did this the last time there was an in-person swap and it was fun. I had it laying around and decided it needed to become an atc. The background is paint on textured cardstock. Then I colored a piece of dry wall mesh black and layered it on. Then the chip and a large flower. Gold dots were added with a gel pen and the middle of the flower was colored gold with a Krylon pen.
Very nice. Lots of little techniques. Good idea to color the drywall netting. Got some of that somewhere in this room.
