PaperArtsy - Dec. #2


Hello!!!!!!!!!!  I'm over on the PaperArtsy Blog again.  Today I am using paint and rubbing alcohol for a background technique and making two cards.  I hope you'll pop on over to take a peek at the step-by-step tutorial!!!
